On January 1st, 2024 MEYLE bought the assets production, warehouse, customer and supplier relations and the internet and e-mail
domains of Schmidt Mess- und Regeltechnik / Spiesheim, Germany.

MEYLE is hereby expanding the existing range of measurement and control technology with Schmidt Mess und Regeltechnik products.
Since 1981, Schmidt has been a competent partner to the industry in the area of control, measurement and display of:

- Pressure
- Temperature 
- Repair service for pressure transmitters and pressure gauges

On December 1st, 2021, MEYLE buys the IMG-Drehimpulsgeber unit from Nugun GmbH, including the assets of rotary encoder production, warehouse, customer and supplier relationships and the internet and email domain. 
 
In order to ensure a smooth transition, the production with the same employees will remain in the present facility until March 2022 and will be integrated into the MEYLE production facility in Lengerich from April 2022. 
 
MEYLE is expanding the encoder program range that has been built up for over 20 years with new versions and over 40 years of know-how from IMG-Drehimpulsgeber. 
 
We look forward offering IMG-Drehimpulsgeber customers and our existing customers an expanded range of rotary encoders as well as our engineering solutions, our own MEYLE products and a wide range of systems and components for automation, drive and measurement technology.
 

MEYLE bought the assets of customer and supplier relations, internetsite and e-mail domain from Meikamp GmbH which is under insolvency act since June 2020. We are looking forward to support former MeiKamp customers with our engineering solutions, own MEYLE products and wide range of automation, drive technology and process control systems and components.

MEYLE bought the assets of customer and supplier relations, internetsite and e-mail domain from FNF Industrietechnik GmbH which is under insolvency act since February 2018.

We are looking forward to support former FNF customers with our engineering solutions, own MEYLE products and wide range of automation, process control and pneumatic products.

On Jan. 1, 2007 Meyer Industrie-Electronic China office moved into a new office in the Present Communication Commercial Tower, 218 Hengfeng Rd., Shanghai. 

From Shanghai the China office supports the system integration buisness in the different economic regions of China and expands the China buisness which was started with local channel-partners in 1999 allready. 

To consolidate and extend production and logistics, which was formerly located in different seperated facilities, a new company building will be build next to the existing administration and engineering building. 

The new 800 sm building is planned to be finished by February 2006.

For the 40 years company celebration all staff members gathered for a group foto in Septermber 2005.

The China-Office of MEYLE was opened by the general managers Herbert and Frank Meyer at the 29th floor of the POS Plaza building in Pu Dong Shanghai on February 1, 2005. The branch office will be opeated by a chinese, trilingual engineer who was trained at MEYLE Germany for customer and project management. The China-Office is connected to the German headoffice via modern CRM reporting software to keep a window open for the 7 hours time difference.

MEYLE is active on the Chinese market since 1999, participated into different exhibitions in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou and is a system and component supplier for well named industrial companies with channel partners in different regional parts of China. The China-Office will focus on expanding of the system integration buisness and give local support to partners and customers.

Ready ! The new company building attached next to the existing company building was finished in October 2000. It offers extended place for stock and and more offices.
